Returns & Refunds


‘The Fret Collective’ really appreciate your order and whilst we endeavour to represent our stock in the best manner possible, if you’re not happy with your order we’re here to help.

All ‘New’ instruments and products sold by ‘The Fret Collective’ are subject to a 14 day return policy.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Instrument or product was purchased within the last 14 days

  • The Instrument or product is in it’s original packaging.

  • The Instrument or product hasn’t been used or damaged after delivery to you.

  • You have the original receipt or proof of purchase

  • Any Instruments or products that do not meet this criteria will not be considered eligible for return.

All ‘preowned’ instruments are sold as seen and returns are only accepted if the item has been inaccurately described in the listing.

Please contact ‘The Fret Collective’ by email before you return any product.

After receiving a confirmation email from us with a returns number, please send the product with it’s original packaging and the proof of purchase to the address given.


Return Shipping charges

You ‘the buyer’ are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of/or damage to the product during shipping to and from ‘The Fret Collective’.


Damaged Items

In the unlikely event an instrument or product from ‘The Fret Collective’ is received as damaged, then please record any damage via photos or video evidence and please notify us immediately for help


Sale/Ex Demo new stock

Any sale items or ex demo new stock is unfortunately not eligible for a refund.
